How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included and no minimum spend.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Read our full Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@eldoinn.com or send us a message through our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with your return label and instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
